I have no idea who Eric Martinez is but this is setting up to be an epic night. I’d never thought I’d see DMX boxing under an undercard for Butterbean. SMH For more information check out http://www.thunderpromotions.com.

The Heineken Red Star Soul Tour made its way to Philadelphia on September 24th. It was an amazing show featuring Ludacris, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Melanie Fiona. The stop was part of the larger Heineken Red Star Soul 2009 tour which features exclusive and invitation-only shows featuring Hip Hop artists like Ludacris, T-Pain, pop/alternative band N.E.R.D. and Big Boi as well as young challengers Wale, Mickey Factz and Melanie Fiona. The tour also features the hottest DJs in the country including Don Cannon, Clark Kent, DJ Mos, DJ Jus Ske, Mick Boogie, D-Nice and legends Jazzy Jeff and Biz Markie.
The Philadelphia show was packed at Shampoo Nightclub and the excitement was palpable as soon as one stepped inside the door. DJ Jazzy Jeff started the night off by spinning many classics as well as contemporary hits while the crowd patiently awaited performances from Miss Fiona and Ludacris while sipping on Heinekens. The Performances did not disappoint as Melanie Fiona performed her newest single “It Kills me” followed by Ludacris who performed numerous hits from his expansive catalog. Last year Birdman gave Lil Wayne a million in cash for his birthday. This year Lil Wayne receives a million dollar choppard watch for his 27th birthday. The rapper celebrated his birthday this weekend alongside close family and friends. Were told the rapper celebrated by popping bottles of champagne and eating cake that was covered with diamonds. Family and friends spent time with Wayne as he opened gifts which included a million dollar watch from rapper Birdman as well as a $200,000 Chopard black diamond chain.
I really don’t know what to think of this interview. When asked about failing to appear on Bp3, NaS says next question. When asked about Verbal Intercourse 2 he says this is the first time he’s heard of it. SMH I guess the shocking thing is to find out he was being offered the Def Jam presidency.
This video was shot in Philly. I actually had the chance to talk to Raekwon before the video. I’m still mad I didn’t get a chance to go to the shoot, but whatever. Things happen.
